Stacked Tea Cup Card

Irina (owner and Grand Princess Designer) of La-la Land Crafts hosted a 2 day workshop in Milpitas.  It is a annual event.  The workshop had 12 projects during the 2 day event.  All dies used for this card can be found here.  All papers used to make this card was supplied and cut at the 2 day workshop. This finished card size: 4-1/2" x 8-1/2".  Ink used: Ranger's Vintage Photo lightly used around all the edges.

Dies used to make this card: Ornate Border (Small), Double Stitched Hills Border Set, Sea Weed Die, Tea Cups Die, Filigree Elements Border Set, Flower Elements Border Set, Ornate Scroll Flourish.
The Small Ornate Border die cut adds a feminine touch to this card:
A closer look at the tea cups: note: they are die cut out using a 12x12 printed sheet of paper with cut a-part tags.  Simply position the die onto the printed cut a-parts to get the special tea cup "tops" shown here.
Here is a side view to show how the tea cups are curved out away from, the front of the card.
See here how the "doily" was made layering the Ornate Scroll Flourish, Filigree Ornaments Border, Flower Elements Border die sets.
Card inside: use the negative cut scrap from the "hill" used for the front of the card here at the bottom.
Thank you for stopping by today to visit - stay tuned for more projects to be posted.
